It is composed of two blue enamel flowers each one has a natural pearl in the centre, and one pink enamel flower with a claw set diamond in the centre. The flowers are interspersed with green enamel leaves and pink enamel buds. \u00a0It was made circa 1897 when Queen Victoria\u2019s\u00a0<span class=\"glossary-tooltip glossary-term-373309\" tabindex=\"0\"><span class=\"glossary-link\"><span class=\"glossary-underline\">diamond<\/span><\/span><\/span> jubilee was celebrated. This type of enamelling was popular in the 1880s and 1890s. The 15ct gold Prince of Wales twist chain has also been set with eight <span class=\"glossary-tooltip glossary-term-373047\" tabindex=\"0\"><span class=\"glossary-link\"><span class=\"glossary-underline\">natural<\/span><\/span><\/span> pearls and has a hidden barrel clasp.\u00a0 There is also a hinged section to the reverse of the pink flower to enable another pendant to be attached.<\/p>\n<p>A very attractive and quite rare piece of jewellery.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A beautiful example of a 15ct gold Jubilee enamel necklace that has been highly decorated in pink, green and blue enamel.
