Victorian 18ct Gold, Three Stone Diamond Gypsy Ring

446S

Written by Olly Gerrish

A good 18ct gold ring that was made in Birmingham in 1887. It has been set with three well matched old mine cut diamonds that have a total weight of half a carat. This style of ring is traditionally called a gypsy ring because of the star shaped settings for the diamonds. A lucky symbol that together with the diamonds speaks of “Eternal love”. A lovely ring to wear as an engagement ring or as a dress ring.
