Victorian 18ct Gold Mizpah Ring

68U
360 Admirers
Written by Olly Gerrish

An unusual 18ct gold ring that was made in 1882 in London. It has raised letters that spell Mizpah. Mizpah is a Hebrew word that means ‘Watchtower’ and is loosely interpreted as “May God watch over you”. It has lovely repoussee work around the letters and the shank featuring roses. Roses represent “Love”, so what a great ring to give to someone that you care for.
