Victorian 18ct Gold Keeper Ring

104 W
200 Admirers
Written by Olly Gerrish

This is an easy to wear and stylish 18ct gold ring that was made in Birmingham in 1900. It is known as a “Keeper ring”. The tradition of giving a keeper ring is said to have represented the idea that the receiver was worth “keeping.” The “You are a keeper” sentiment attached to these rings makes them a popular choice today as a unique wedding ring, engagement ring, eternity ring, and even an anniversary band. This particular ring is a rope motif that wraps around the centre and is in lovely condition
