Victorian 18ct Gold, Five Stone Emerald & Diamond Boat Shaped Ring

452W
40 Admirers
Written by Olly Gerrish

A pretty 18ct gold ring that was assayed in Birmingham in 1899. It is a boat shape design and has been claw set with five well matched graduated emeralds. Around the emeralds are sixteen claw set old mine cut diamonds.  The shoulders are a pretty scroll design and when worn it curves nicely around the finger with a low profile. A neat ring that would makev a lovely dress or engagement ring.
