Victorian 18ct Gold & Engraved Flowers Buckle Ring

159P

Written by Olly Gerrish

A good looking 18ct gold buckle ring that was made in Chester in 1882. It has a very pretty engraved flowers design around the shank. The buckle motif represents eternity, loyalty, strength and protection and was used a lot in Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian jewellery. What a wonderful ring to give to a loved one.
