Victorian 18ct Gold Cross Cross Ring set with Turquoise & Diamonds

165Y
80 Admirers Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

An unusual 18ct gold ring that was made circa 1860-1880. It has been set with diamond shaped turquoise with rose diamonds in between in a criss cross pattern. Turquoise was often used in antique jewellery as it sent the message to “Forget me Not” after the flower of the same name, so this ring would most likely have been a gift from an admirer.

A ring to wear with care.
