It depicts a kneeling deer designed by Arno Malinowski who worked at Georg Jensen in Denmark from 1936 – 1944 and again, from 1949 – 1965. He designed this brooch in 1937. It is in excellent condition and is on a long silverA metallic element which is malleable and ductile, and white in colour, making it ideal for use in jewellery. It is usually mixed with copper to improve its hardness.
