An extraordinarily beautiful large cross that was made circa 1820-1830. It has been closed back set with a myriad of different cuts of diamonds including two pear shaped diamonds and has a large cushion cut diamond in the centre that weighs approximately one carat.  The front is silver and the reverse is gold.  It is in a later buff coloured leather case with inner silk lining printed with the retailer P G Dodd & Sons Limited, 42 Cornhill.
