Georgian 18ct Gold, Topaz & Old Mine Cut Diamond Ring

132U
320 Admirers Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

An unusual Georgian ring that was made circa 1820. It has been set with a gorgeous golden orange topaz. The topaz is an unusual hexagonal cut within a pinched collet gold setting. On either side are old mine cut diamonds set in silver. The shank is typical of the period with repousse floral detail on the shoulders. A beautiful and very wearable ring.
