Edwardian Daisy Diamond Cluster Ring

This ring would make an ideal engagement ring. It is 18ct gold with a platinum top. The diamonds are well matched with a larger one in the centre. It was made circa 1910.

Diameter of cluster: ½ in / 1.2 cm
Cut: 8 facets cut, old mine-cut, ie not modern brilliant (which has more facets and is more shallow)
Colour: Some stones sightly draw colour, but on the whole it is a good white, bright ring (normal amongst old diamond rings)
Clarity: Centre stone has a tiny spot of carbon, visible with a loop
Carat: center stone measures approx 40 pts; surrounding stones total approx 80 pts
