Edwardian 9ct Gold Brooch set with Aquamarines & Natural Split Pearls

153Y
Written by Olly Gerrish

A very pretty 9ct gold brooch that was made circa 1910. It has been claw set with four well matched aquamarines and three small natural split pearls. Aquamarines are lovely stones and there are approximately three carats in this brooch. The seawater colour has given this gemstone its name as the word “aquamarine” is derived from the Latin word for seawater.

A special brooch to wear.
