Edwardian 18ct White Gold & Platinum, Peridot & Diamond Cluster Ring

245P
Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

A beautiful 18ct white gold ring with a platinum top that was made circa 1910. It has been set with a round bright green peridot within a ring of well matched white diamonds. Peridot is named after the French word “peritot”, meaning gold, because the mineral can vary towards this colour. Peridot is the birthstone for the month of August. It is also the stone given to celebrate the 16th year of marriage.
