Edwardian 18ct Gold & Platinum, Hexagonal Diamond Cluster Ring

894W

Written by Olly Gerrish

A very stylish 18ct gold and platinum diamond cluster ring that was made circa 1910-1920. It is a hexagonal shape and has been claw set with graduated transition cut bright white diamonds with the largest diamond in the centre. The hexagonal shape was used frequently in the Edwardian period as jewellers began to experiment with more geometric designs.

It would make a lovely engagement ring as it sits low on the finger and is practical to wear on an every day basis
