Edwardian 18ct Gold & Platinum, Green Tourmaline & Diamond Cluster Ring

Written by Olly Gerrish

This is a very pretty ring and has been set with a lovely green tourmaline. It is an electric vivid green to blue shades that is typical of copper-bearing tourmaline. According to the Gemological Association these stones are so exceptional that they are in a class by themselves. It is surrounded by ten well matched diamonds. It was made circa 1910-1920. It sits low on the finger so it is a practical ring to wear on an every day basis.

Ollys Pick

I love the colour of the tourmaline in this ring!
