Edwardian 18ct Gold & Platinum, Diamond Cluster Ring

A very pretty 18ct yellow gold ring with a platinum top that was made circa 1900-1910.  The cluster has been set with ten well matched diamonds within millgrained settings with a raised diamond in the centre.  Around it is an open platinum scalloped gallery which is an unusual feature on this ring. The diamonds are a high colour and are good bright stones.

It sits low on the finger so it is a practical ring to wear as an engagement ring.
