Edwardian 18ct Gold Crossover Ring set with Opals & Diamonds

159X
160 Admirers
Written by Olly Gerrish

A pretty 18ct gold ring that was made in Birmingham in 1910.  In the centre are five claw set graduated old mine cut diamonds that cross over the band. On either side are two claw set cabochon opals. They are lively stones and exhibit flashes of red, blue and green.

It is a lovely combination of stones and a neat look when worn as it sits low on the finger.
