A beautiful 18ct gold ring that was made circa 1900-1920. it has been set with a cornflower blue Ceylon sapphire that has been cut en cabochon which literally means that it is dome shaped. It has a reeded shank that sweeps up to enclose the sapphire. Graded rose diamonds have been set in three lines on either side. It would make an unusual and stunning engagement ring
