Edwardian 18ct Gold, Burma Ruby & Diamond Oval Cluster Ring

376W
80 Admirers Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

A beautiful 18ct gold ring that was assayed in London in 1903. it has been claw set with a stunning pigeon blood ruby. It has a verbal report from GCS stating that it is a natural unheated stone from Burma (Myanmar) the Mogok mine. Around the ruby are ten claw set well matched old mine cut diamonds. The bifurcated shoulders give this ring a light and well balanced appearance. It would make a lovely engagement or dress ring.
