Edwardian 15ct Three Colour Gold & Platinum Peacock Feather Brooch

351P/PR
200 Admirers
Written by Olly Gerrish

A stunning peacock feather brooch that was made circa 1900-1910 and is a beautiful example of the jewellers art. It has been designed using red and yellow gold and platinum then chased with an intricate pattern that accentuates the design. In the centre of the feather is a sapphire. The sapphire represented loyalty, trust and truth. The peacock feather represented kindness, compassion, good luck, patience & benevolence. What a wonderful brooch to give to someone you love.
