Written by Olly Gerrish

This impressive 18ct white gold and platinum ring was made circa 1920 and was imported in to France. It is an unusual oval and slightly square shape. In the centre is a bezel set beautiful Royal blue sapphire that weighs approximately 1.37 carats. Around it are ten claw set well matched old mine cut diamonds that have an approximate weight of 1.26 carats. Each of the  shoulders have also been set with three small diamonds.

When worn it sits low on the finger so it would be an ideal engagement ring.
