Early 20th Century 22ct Gold, Three Stone Emerald & Diamond Ring

Written by Olly Gerrish

This is a beautiful and unusual 22ct gold early 20th century ring that was made circa 1900-1910 in Burma. The person that we bought the ring from gave us this information. The workmanship is different from an English ring from the same period but it is high quality with a pretty trefoil design between the claws. It has been claw set with three well matched rectangular cut emeralds with two claw set old mine cut diamonds in between the emeralds. The emeralds are a stunning saturated green and are most likely Colombian stones. There are two old mine cut diamonds in between each emerald.

It would make a beautiful engagement or dress ring.
