Early 20th Century 18ct Gold & Platinum, Emerald & Diamond Three Stone Ring

901W
80 Admirers
Written by Olly Gerrish

A perfectly proportioned 18ct gold and platinum emerald and diamond three stone ring that was made circa 1915-1920. The setting and claws holding the stones are made from platinum, whilst the shank is made from 18ct yellow gold.

The emerald cut emerald is a vivid mid to deep green colour and is framed by an old mine cut diamond on either side. The diamonds are bright stones and display excellent fire, giving an eye-catching sparkle when the ring is worn. It would make a lovely engagement ring.
