Early 20th Century 18ct Gold & Platinum, Diamond Three Stone Plaque Ring

Written by Olly Gerrish

A beautiful ring that was most likely made in Austria circa 1915-1920.. It is 14ct gold with a platinum top. The design is smart with three well matched old European cut bright white diamonds in an upright line. On either side are small diamonds within pierced openwork and millegrained settings. There is a small diamond in each of the shoulders. The shank is a reeded design. The ring is a low profile so it can be worn on a daily basis and would make a perfect engagement ring.
