Early 20th Century 18ct Gold, Old Mine Cut Diamond Solitaire Ring

453X
640 Admirers Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

A smart 18ct gold ring that was made circa 1900-1910 and is most likely of German origin. It has been claw set with a large old mine cut diamond that has an approximate weight of 1.65 carats. It has an amazing sparkle that is peculiar to old mine cut diamonds. The design is quite geometric and it looks really good when worn.

It would make an amazing engagement or dress ring.
