Early 19th Century 18ct Gold Cluster Ring set with Old Mine Cut Diamonds & An Emerald

925W
160 Admirers Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

An unusual 18ct gold ring that was made circa 1820. It has been claw set with four well matched old mine cut diamonds with a small emerald in the centre. The shank is a pretty pierced design and there is an attractive scroll motif leading up to the top of the cluster.

It sits low on the finger when worn so it would make a lovely dress or engagement ring.

Ollys Pick

This is an unusual and very pretty early 19th century ring.
