Art Deco 18ct White Gold Ring set with an Aquamarine

Written by Olly Gerrish

A stylish ring that was made in the 1920s. It is 18ct white gold and has been claw set with a fancy cut aquamarine that weighs just under three carats.  Aquamarines are lovely stones and get their name from the latin “aqua marina” meaning sea water or the colour of the sea.  It is also the birthstone for march.  When worn it catches the light beautifully.
