18ct Gold Signet Ring set with a Carnelian

223S
Written by Olly Gerrish

An interesting 18ct gold signet ring that was made in Birmingham in 1963. It has been set with a plain carnelian that can be engraved if wanted. The trifurcated shoulders are a scroll design and the gold has been cut back where the shoulders meet the top which is an unusual feature of this ring.
