Please Note:
• Meetings are Strictly By Appointment Only.
• Appointments are in one hour slots and commence on the hour, with the last slot being between 7–8pm.
• Please call us or email us to let us know if you are running late.
• If we do not hear from you 15 minutes after your time slot has commenced then we will consider your appointment cancelled. You will then need to reschedule your appointment by calling us or using our online booking form.
• Please notify us if you would like to bring somebody along with you; unfortunately we cannot allow entry to unexpected visitors.
• We can only accept two other visitors per appointment; if we are not made aware of their attendance in advance, they cannot be allowed entry.
• We do not have access to jewellery outside of work hours.
