Retro Platinum & 18ct Gold, Emerald & Diamond Ring

763N
Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

A stunning and unusual platinum ring that was made in the 1940-1950 period. In the centre is a square cut Colombian emerald set within yellow gold claws. The emerald is a good clear stone and a wonderful vivid green colour which is so typical of Colombian stones. On either side are three well matched white diamonds then further pave set diamonds within triangular shaped shoulders. Along either side are two curved rows of small diamonds. It is a top quality ring and can be worn as a dress or an engagement ring.
