Find Out MorePosy rings derive their name from the French word “posy” or “poesy”, a derivative of poetry meaning short rhyme. This D-shaped large man’s ring is very comfortable to wear and dates circa 1650-1750. The outside is plain and inside there is a secret message in an italic script that reads “As god hath apoynted be contente” This is a Biblical phrase. This ring is a size T 1/2 and cannot be resized.
