Late 19th Century French Import 18ct Gold Ruby & Diamond Cross

733X
Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

An unusual and impressive 18ct gold cross that was made circa 1880 and was imported in to France. In the centre is a faceted cabochon cut ruby with further shaped cabochon cut rubies in the cross and four pear shaped rubies. The rubies are surrounded by rose diamonds and the bale has also been set with rose diamonds.

It looks spectacular when worn.
