Georgian Rose Diamond Cluster Ring

33P
Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

An unusual ring that was most likely made in Austria or Germany circa 1800-1820. It has been set with a central oval cut rose diamond with graded rose diamonds around it in an openwork design. The diamonds are foiled at the back and give the ring a subtle glint. The shank is 14ct gold and the top is silver. Rings such as this one are getting so hard to find and are increasingly rare in good condition.

Ollys Pick

I love the detail in this early ring.
