French Early 19th Century Ring set with Graduated Rose Diamonds

826U
Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

A lovely rose diamond eleven stone ring that was made circa 1800-1820 and is most likely of French origin. The pinched collet set graduated rose diamonds have been foiled to the reverse. The rose cut and the foiling have a wonderful twinkly luminescence that would be hard to replicate in modern rings. It has an 18ct gold shank and a silver top. This style of ring is getting rarer to find.
