Edwardian 18ct Gold, Turquoise & Natural Split Pearl Forget Me Not Flower Earrings

46P
Written by Olly Gerrish

A very pretty pair of gold earrings that were made circa 1900-1915 and are of German or Swiss origin. They represent the forget me not flower and have been set with with a central split in each one. The meaning is clear that the original gift was most likely from an admirer who wanted to be remembered. They are not large earrings and look very neat when worn so they can be worn on a daily basis.
