Edwardian 18ct Gold Turquoise & Diamond Ring with Rose Diamond Leaf Detail

620R
Written by Olly Gerrish

This is such a pretty 18ct gold ring that was most likely made in Belgium in the Belle Epoque period circa 1900-1910. It has been set with a vibrant natural Persian turquoise with an old mine cut diamond above and below it. There is a band of rose diamonds on the outside edges and stylised leaves on either side of the turquoise. There are three fluted bands that continue around the shank. Traditionally the turquoise when used in antique jewellery means “Forget me not” so this ring has a wonderful meaning. It is a beautiful ring and looks stunning on the finger
