Edwardian 18ct Gold & Platinum, Triple Cluster Diamond Ring

686X
Written by Olly Gerrish

A stunning 18ct gold and platinum triple cluster ring. It was made circa 1900-1910 and has been claw set in platinum with three central old mine cut diamonds that have an approximate weight of 1.10 carats. They are encircled by claw set small rose diamonds. There is something about old mine cut diamonds that we all love and this is the different light that refracts through the stones, as opposed to modern brilliant cut stones which are a hard brightness. When worn it sits low on the finger and curves around it nicely.

It would be a wonderful engagement ring.
