Edwardian 18ct Gold & Platinum, Aquamarine & Diamond Cluster Ring

761R
Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

This is such a pretty ring that was made in the early 20th century. It is gold with a top and has been set with an with thirteen diamonds around it. This beautiful pale bluestone is said by ancient lore to be the treasure of the mermaids. The name Aquamarine is derived from the Latin words “aqua”, meaning “water,” and “marina”, meaning “of the sea”. It sits low on the finger so it is a practical ring to wear and would make a lovely engagement ring.
