Edwardian 18ct Gold Double Snake Ring set with Old Mine Cut Diamonds

678X
Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

There are many snake rings over the years that we have been offered but we only choose the ones that have open mouths and appealing faces! This 18ct gold ring is just perfect with two well modelled snakes with an old mine cut diamond set in to each of their heads and sweet rose diamond set eyes. Snake rings were popular in the Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian eras and signify the union of two people in eternal love. This ring was made in 1898.

A perfect engagement ring.
