Edwardian 18ct Gold, Diamond & Cat’s Eye Chrysoberyl Cluster Ring

56P
Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

An unusual 18ct gold ring that was made circa 1900-1910. It has been set with an oval cabochon cat’s eye chrysoberyl which has a definite white and green edged line across the middle. Natural cat’s eye chrysoberyl is an expensive stone and is a stone of good fortune. It is said to bring serenity and happiness, along with optimism and generosity, creativity and kindness. It is also a stone of protection against the evil eye! It is surrounded by small well matched white diamonds. It would make a lovely engagement or dress ring.

Ollys Pick

This is a beautiful and quite rare ring.
