Edwardian 15ct Gold & Platinum, Natural Pearl & Diamond Necklace in Original Case

710N
Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

A very pretty diamond necklace that was made circa 1900-1910. It is beautifully presented in the original case which is sea green leather with gold tooling. It was retailed by the well known firm William Bruford & Sons Ltd who were based in 132 Terminus Rd Eastbourne and also in Exeter and have traded since 1886. The design is typical of the period with diamond set swags and volutes and five natural pearl drops. There are many fine details including the diamond set caps on the pearls. It is typical of the Edwardian period in it’s light feel and looks so lovely when worn.
