Art Deco Silver & Marcasite Earrings by Theodor Fahrner

282D
Written by Olly Gerrish

A very stylish pair of earrings designed and made by Theodor Fahrner circa 1930. They are silver with small marcasites (iron pyrites) set at intervals. The effect is a subtle glitter like rose diamonds. The firm of Theodor Fahrner is and was very well known, as it employed cutting edge artists who designed extraordinary pieces. The factory was based in Phortzeim in the Black Forrest, Germany.

These earrings have screw fittings but can be changed to post and scroll fittings if wanted.
