Art Deco Platinum, Three Stone Diamond Ring by Deakin & Francis

394S
Written by Olly Gerrish

A very good looking platinum three stone diamond ring that was made in the 1930s by Deakin and Francis who are a very well respected firm in Birmingham. Founded in 1786, The company was originally known as Deakin and Moore from 1848–1879. Charles Deakin retired in 1881 and John Francis joined the firm. The company then became known as Deakin & Francis. It has been claw set with three evenly matched and very white diamonds that we estimate to be G colour and to have a total weight of 1.2 carats. The centre diamond is slightly larger which gives the design a balanced look and there are two small diamonds set in to the shoulders on either side. It curves nicely around the finger and would make a stunning engagement ring.
