Art Deco Emerald & Diamond Marquise Ring

790L
Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

A beautiful and yellow gold ring that was made circa 1920-1930. It is set with a shaped that is one in weight. It is surrounded by square cut emeralds. The diamond has a millgrained platinum edge and the emeralds have a millgrained 18ct gold edge. Millgrain decoration is in the form of tiny bead shapes that are raised using a knurling tool and which add intricate detail to rings. This ring would be ideal as a dress or engagement ring.
