380T
Written by Olly Gerrish

is the oldest mineral on Earth, dating back more than 4.4 billion years. Blue zircon was popular during times then in the 1920s, became customary practice to enhance the colour of zircon gemstones for jewellery. While zircon is a popular gemstone among collectors for its range of colours, consumers seem most enamoured with the blue variety. These zircon cluster earrings were made in the 1930-1940 period and the zircons are a wonderful evenly matched colour. They are surrounded by small well matched bright white diamonds within scalloped and millegrained settings. They have screw back fittings which were common in the 1920-1940 period. These can be changed to post and scroll fittings if wanted.
