9ct Gold Three Leaf Clover Cufflinks

402L
Written by Olly Gerrish

An unusual pair of gold cufflinks with three engraved three leaf clovers on all four sides. The clover, called a “shamrock” in Ireland is associated with Saint Patrick, Ireland’s patron saint, who is said to have used the plant as a metaphor for the Holy Trinity of the father, the son and the holy spirit. These cufflinks were made in Birmingham in 1905.
