18ct Gold Oval Shaped Cufflinks with Engine Turned Decoration by Cropp & Farr

173S
Written by Olly Gerrish

A good quality pair of 18ct gold cufflinks that were assayed in 1961 in London. They were made by the well known firm Cropp and Farr who were in business from 1938 and are now dissolved. They designed very good quality jewellery and these cufflinks are no exception. They have an engine turned hobnail pattern with a smooth edge.
